Return Policy

First off, thank you for shopping at Kellica!  We are so excited to have you as a customer and we appreciate you.  We want your experience to be the best. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return your item and exchange it for another size or we will issue you store credit for anything else in the store.  We want you to love your purchase so feel free to contact us with any questions.  You have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase to initiate an exchange.  You will receive a store credit for the purchase price minus 5.95 for shipping costs.  We do not offer refunds at this time.  We are a small business and we use the funds immediately to purchase new inventory.  

To receive store credit we must receive your merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.  Items that have stains, signs of wear, odors or pet hair will not qualify for store credit.  Items must still have tag attached.  

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Life happens if you need to exchange after this time period contact us at support@shopkellica.com and we will try and find a solution.

Shipping

  • Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $4.90. Shipment to Hawaii and Alaska is $8.95. 
  • We are excited to offer free shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States.
  • Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed.

  • Kellica is NOT responsible for:

    • Delays with shipping carriers.
    • International Duties or Customs charges.
    • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
    • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
    • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show.  
    • All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

  • We are not responsible is the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping because we cannot control the USPS.  We will ensure the package leaves our hands within the guaranteed times but we cannot be held responsible for delays with USPS.  
      WRONG ADDRESS: 
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We ship out our orders as quickly as possible so it is imperative you contact us immediately if you notice an incorrect address or other error.
